Here at Sport Martley we have a wide range of exercise classes, ranging from Clubbercise to Indoor Cycling.

Legs, Bums and Tums
Specifically targeting the lower body and abdomen-LBT combines the power of weights and bodyweight to achieve more of a full body workout than you think.

Freedom Indoor Cycling
Pedal your fitness into a higher gear with a fun, low impact cycle through a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat efforts.

Body Conditioning
Combining cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes cardio, floor work, weights and resistance training.

Flex and Stretch
A low impact dynamic and static stretching workout with additional conditioning exercises to improve core stability, back health and balance to relaxing music.

Circuit Training
Circuits is a high energy class which involves working your way round different exercise stations using body weight and equipment performing exercises as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

A form of exercises that concentrates on strengthening the body with emphasis on core strength.

Combining Yoga and Pilates into a 60 minute workout focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Abs and Booty Blast
A 45 minute low impact workout concentrating on the all important core, your body’s corset, and the booty. Giving you strength throughout the body to protect through everyday activities. This class uses some equipment but is always optional and modification can always be made.

Power Hour
A 60 minute high intensity cardio, strength and power class. Combining body weight and weighted exercises to give you a full body workout while challenging your own abilities.

Pound© is a Rockout workout to channel your inner Rockstar! It is a full body cardio jam session inspired by Pilates and the infectious, energising and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums.

‘Bringing a night out to your workout’ Clubbercise© is a fun full body workout with banging soundtracks that gets great results. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with the options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.
