Group Exercise is back at Sport Dyson Perrins
We’re super-excited for the return of group exercise classes at Sport Dyson Perrins from the 17th May! For a few weeks at least, we’ll be operating under revised capacities still, to allow for social distancing and turn-arounds between classes. This means space will be at a premium, so please secure your space in class by booking in good time and ahead of your visit.
We have many familiar formats for you to look forward to including; Body Pump, Body Attack, Dance Fitness, Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates! We’re also pleased that we have Les Mills TONE coming soon! While we await the training course for our teacher, we will facilitate an in-house Total Toning class, to whet your appetite.
We look forward to welcoming participants and instructors back to the studio and can’t wait to help you on your onward fitness journey with us.
