| We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have instructor led classes per week. These include Yoga, Dance Fitness and Body Combat. |
| You can book through reception or book online with a valid membership. |
| There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre. |
| We do not have a cafe but we do have vending machines serving a variety of drinks and snacks. |
| We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 10 and full memberships are available from aged 16. |
Yes, our lockers are padlock operated. Please note, customers need to bring their own padlock and if you need information on the type of padlock please call our reception team.
