We recommend pre-booking our fitness classes and sports sessions. You do not need to pre-book for swimming or to use the gym. Please check our timetables before arriving at the centre.
Our main pool is 20m. We also have a training pool which accommodates our swimming lessons.
You must be 11yrs+ to use our gym. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be supervised by an adult (18yrs+).
Yes, parking is available and free for Freedom Leisure customers.
No, you do not require a membership to join our fitness classes, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
For beginners, two or three classes weekly can provide a balanced routine without overwhelming the body. For people who are already active, they might aim for four to six classes, incorporating rest days and diversifying workout types to avoid overtraining and ensure muscle recovery.
