Each month we want to highlight our brilliant studio classes so we are giving you the opportunity to bring along a friend with you who can try a class for FREE. This month we are showcasing Indoor cycling.
Monday 9.35-10.05am with Gemma | Tuesday 6.20-7.05pm with Mel | Wednesday 6.35-7.20pm with Leah | Thursday 6.00-6.45pm with Ursula | Friday 9.05-9.50am with Leah & 6.00-6.30pm with Ursula | Sunday 9.30-10.15am with Mel.
Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins.
Your instructor will lead the class through different types of cycling, like uphill climbs, bursts of speed, and short recovery periods with easy pedaling.
