Most people have a specific reason to join the gym. Whether that's to lose weight, tone up or just generally feeling fitter & healthier. Using the gym is not only very satisfying, it boosts your energy levels & improves your self-esteem.

Our gym is open 7 days a week

Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10.00pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Junior gym at Sandwich Leisure Centre

Junior gym sessions are designed to introduce children aged 12 - 15 to exercise in a supervised and safe environment:

Ages 12-13: Cardiovascular equipment and body weight exercises only.

Ages 14-15: Cardiovascular and resistance equipment and body weights only.

Junior gym times:

Monday to Friday: 15:30-17:00.

Wednesdays 13:30-17:00

Weekends: 09:00-17:00.

Under 16s are not permitted to use free weights and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign up to membership.
