Body Attack - a high energy sports inspired fitness class with plyometric work and high intensity training, aimed at improving cardio fitness, power, strength and endurance. Lower intensity options are given throughout the class to ensure all ages and abilities can participate. Suitable for all levels.
Body Balance – ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga based class that will improve your mind, body and life. Inspired soundtracks play as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace element of Tai Chi and
Pilates. Suitable for all levels.
Body Pump / Body Pump express – a workout that requires very little co-ordination set to music using barbells. Each track of music works a specific muscle group. Suitable for all levels.
Fitness Pilates – mainly floor based exercise, focusing on correct breathing technique and alignment of the body, strengthening muscles, stretch and balance, using core strength as a powerhouse of energy to improve back strength, posture and muscle tone, with relaxation to help relieve stress and anxiety. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga – a form of gentle precision exercise, using breathing and relaxation to enhance the union of body and mind, improves stability, energy, relaxation, balance and tranquillity. Suitable for all levels.
VINYASA Yoga – a flow of postures, that will sometimes build up slowly to a ‘peak' pose through repetitive and meditative movements. If you have a busy ‘overthinking’ mind, a vinyasa flow can bring you a sense of calm and re-connection to your body, by linking movement and breath. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga – much of the tension in our body is not only held in the muscles but also in the nervous system. This is why YIN yoga can have such an incredibly calming and opening effect on both our mind and body. Postures are held for up to three to five minutes each. This gives the muscles chance to ‘switch off’ so that we can work deeper into the joints, fascia and the nervous system. This style of yoga is great for increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and improving sleep. Most of the postures are done seated. You may want to wear layers and socks, and also bring a blanket to keep warm. Suitable for all levels.
HIIT - high intensity interval training including cardio and strength. Suitable for all levels.
Freedom indoor cycling – an exercise class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery that involve using a special stationary spin bike. Suitable for all levels.
Kettlebells – a total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina, flexibility and muscular strength using kettlebells. Suitable for all levels.
LBT (legs, bums and tums) - a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach - great for those who want to lose weight or who simply want to increase their fitness levels with a motivated group of people.

Zumba – red hot dance steps and easy-to-follow routines, this dance fitness party will have you moving to the groove of salsa, cumbia and samba. Work your body from head to toe targeting core, thighs and abs. A fantastic calorie burner. Suitable for all levels.
