Single, Joint memberships - including unlimited gym and classes, orientation, fitness program, inspire coaching sessions, advanced bookings and discounted indoor sports hire.
Corporate membership - including unlimited gym and classes, orientation, fitness program, inspire coaching sessions, advanced bookings and discounted indoor sports hire at a reduced rate for employees of local companies.
Senior Six-5 membership - including unlimited gym and classes, orientation, fitness program, inspire coaching sessions, advanced bookings and discounted indoor sports hire.
12 - 13 membership including orientation, off peak cardiovascular gym until 5:00pm Monday - Friday and any time weekends.
14 - 15 membership including orientation, off peak cardiovascular gym and pin loaded resistance equipment until 5:00pm Monday - Friday and any time weekends.
Student membership 16+ - including unlimited gym and classes, orientation, fitness program, inspire coaching sessions, advanced bookings and discounted indoor sports hire.
Health memberships are also available through our excellent GP referral team.
Slimming World/Weight Watchers including unlimited gym and classes, at a reduced rate for members of weight loss groups.
Connected memberships - includes use of all freedom sites.

I joined the gym four years ago in an attempt to get fit and possibly improve my incredibly bad back. Soon after my induction and one to one sessions, I was talked into going to body balance and Pilates, classes which I still struggle with today, but they have both improved my flexibility and recovery by a huge amount. I have since become addicted to indoor cycling, pump and Les Mills core!
