Our brand new Group Walk from Ringwood Health & Leisure begins Wednesday 22nd July at 11:30am.
Led by Phil, with our Health Communities Manager Olly and members of the team joining in, it is the perfect chance to enjoy a gentle, leisurely 40 minute stroll together
It is completely free, open to everyone, and ideal for staying active while soaking up the warm weather.
Expect relaxed conversation, fresh air, and a lovely wander through nature before we head to the café for a post walk chat.
