Group Exercise programe..... Starting Monday 6th September

We are delighted to be launching our new group exercise programe, but the classes below are just the start. We will be adding more classes in the coming weeks so keep an eye on our timetable. 

Our timetable will be as follows:

Monday 

6:00 - 6:45pm - Circuits 

Tuesday 

9:30 - 10:30am - Yogalates 

6:15 - 7:00pm - Zumba

Wednesday 

7:00pm - 8:00pm - Yoga

Thursday 

9:30 - 10:30am - Yogalates 

6:00 - 6:45pm - HITT 

Friday 

6:00 - 7:00pm - Yogalates
