Sporting activities and clubs for children of all ages
Junior Gym (12-15 yrs):
Teenagers can come and train at the gym in our supervised gym sessions. Our fitness coaches will help them get set up with a training program to suit your needs and ensure you make the most of every visit. All sessions are available as a pay per visit or a monthly membership.
Our junior gym sessions take place every Monday to Friday between 3.00- 5:00pm
Before using the gym, all juniors are required to attend an activation session (£11.70 per person), after which they will be issued with a membership card and be allowed to attend any of the regular, supervised junior gym sessions.
