Our Fitness Studio provides the perfect environment for you to keep fit with our wide range of group fitness classes. Our classes cater for any ability, from beginners to advanced. 

Whether you're a fan of Body Pump, a true Yoga warrior or indoor group cycling classes is your preferred option, we're sure we've got you covered with a fitness class you'll love.

Our fantastic instructors will be with you every step of the way to guide you through your workout, all you need to do is come along and try it! All abilities are welcome to any and all of our group fitness classes. If you are new to a class, please speak with your instructor before the start time and inform them of any concerns you might have.
