We're sorry to hear that you are thinking about leaving Perdiswell. We do need you to complete a quick form to notify us that you're thinking of cancelling. Your leisure centre team will then contact you to process your request. Please note, we need 31 days’ notice in order to cancel a membership.
This can include freezing for a short period, upgrading to add a friend or family member to your membership, changing to an annual membership or queries about your direct debit. Please complete the simple form below and your leisure centre team will then contact you to deal with your enquiry.
