Luna Wellbeing is a non-judgemental space that offers a 4-week course for women to join. Luna Wellbeing also provides variety of facials / light therapy Body massages and reflexology.
The courses are a great chance to relax and rewind, speak to other likeminded women and empower each other with visualisation, meditation and relaxation time, a space for sharing, caring and listening to beautiful poems while you relax and forget about the outside stresses.

Freedom Leisure Bootcamps
Our weight loss bootcamps are very popular and courses run throughout the year! Bootcamps are available for members & non members and run for 8 weeks.
Each week includes 1 x 1 hour nutritional workshop and 1 x 1 hour exercise session. The individual who loses the most body weight % wins a 3 month membership!

Traditional Acupuncture
Joanne is a fully qualified, traditional acupuncturist working in central Worcester. Her experience and special interests include: mental health, menopause, pain, chronic conditions and sleep issues.
Joanne’s three-year degree level Professional Licentiate training was extensive and covered all aspects of Chinese medical and acupuncture theory with a focus on Five Element acupuncture. This approach means that Joanne will consider your main health concern, together with a holistic approach to you as an individual. In her experience, many people not only experience positive changes with their main complaint, but also notice improvements with other conditions and their general well-being.
