Four introductory sessions with more pending, these will be fully led sessions including moving and sitting (in chairs) meditation.
You can come to any of the sessions. Home practice will be suggested.
Mindfulness has been shown to be extremely effective in reducing anxiety and increasing well-being in many ways.
For example, many people complain of over active minds and mindfulness works directly on this.
Mindfulness develops confident, clear and kindly awareness.
The tutor is James Storey who has taught mindfulness for 16 years and practised it for 22 years
