The School holidays are fast approaching and we have lots of exciting things going on for the whole family to get involved with.

US Girls
US Girls returns on Tuesday 28th July, 4th, 11th and 18th August and offers girls the opportunity to try out a range of activities and sports for just £7.50 for the whole day (10am-3pm)!
They will also have fun in the pool on our inflatable.
Football Camp
Football camp returns every Monday and Friday through the holidays and is perfect for 5-12 year olds.
Spaces are limited.
Street Games
Street Games returns to Penlan Leisure centre featuring urban sports and activities designed to engage and energize young people in a vibrant, inclusive environment on Wednesday 29th July, 5th, 12th and 19th August for 8-14 year olds.
Rise Gymnastics - taster session
Come and give our popular Rise Gymnastics programme a try at one of our taster sessions every Monday through the Summer Holidays 15:00 - 16:00.
Our Rise gymnastics programme is the perfect place for your child to learn and improve their gymnastic skills in a fun, safe and engaging environment.
Intensive swim lessons
Whether you are looking to top up existing swimming lessons or get your child started on their learn to swim journey our intensive swimming lessons are perfect for you:

- 3rd - 7th August
- 21st - 25th August

Extra sessions added
We have added extra swimming sessions this school holidays for the whole family to enjoy in the pool including free swimming for under 16 year olds sessions, pool inflatable sessions and fun float sessions.

Bounce and Play
Join us for our FREE Bounce and Play session every Thursday through the Summer Holidays 11:30 - 14:30 - perfect for 0-8 year olds with 3 inflatables - big slide, assault course and main bouncy castle.
We are also running another Bounce and Play session every Monday through the Summer Holidays from 14:30-15:30 for just £5 where you can also try our RISE gymnastics sessions for FREE (4-8 year olds).
