The School holidays are fast approaching and we have lots of exciting things going on for the whole family to get involved with.

US Girls
US Girls returns on Tuesday 28th July, 4th, 11th and 18th August and offers girls the opportunity to try out a range of activities and sports for just £7.50 for the whole day (10am-3pm)!
They will also have fun in the pool on our inflatable.
Football Camp
Football camp returns every Monday and Friday through the holidays and is perfect for 5-12 year olds.
Spaces are limited.
Street Games
Street Games returns to Penlan Leisure centre featuring urban sports and activities designed to engage and energize young people in a vibrant, inclusive environment on Wednesday 29th July, 5th, 12th and 19th August for 8-14 year olds.
Bounce and Play and try out Rise Gymnastic
Bounce and Play in our popular bouncy castles and give our popular Rise Gymnastics a try at the same time (4years plus) every Monday through the Summer Holidays 15:00 - 16:00.
Our Rise gymnastics programme is the perfect place for your child to learn and improve their gymnastic skills in a fun, safe and engaging environment.
Intensive swim lessons
Whether you are looking to top up existing swimming lessons or get your child started on their learn to swim journey our intensive swimming lessons are perfect for you:

Extra sessions added
We have added extra swimming sessions this school holidays for the whole family to enjoy in the pool including free swimming for under 16 year olds sessions, pool inflatable sessions and fun float sessions.

Bounce and Play - just £2.50
Join our Bounce and Play session every Thursday through the Summer Holidays 11:30 - 12:30 and 13:30-14:30 - perfect for 0-8 year olds with 3 inflatables - big slide, assault course and main bouncy castle.
We are also running another Bounce and Play session every Monday through the Summer Holidays from 15:00-16:00 where you can also try our RISE gymnastics sessions (4-8 year olds).
Girls Football Camp - Just £5!
Introducing our NEW Girls football camp on 22nd July and 26th August supported by Swansea Council. The camp will run from 10:00 - 15:00 and is designed to help girls of all abilities have fun, stay active, and develop their skills in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
