We would like to apologise to our customers for the ongoing disruption to swimming at New Milton Health and Leisure Centre.
Regrettably, a major failure has occurred within the equipment relating to the pool hall air handling system. This has directly impacted our ability to maintain the pool water temperature at a level suitable and comfortable for customer use.
We are working closely together with our specialist engineering partners, who have come up with a solution that will restore heating to the pool. Unfortunately, due to the required equipment lead time and the work required, the approximate timeframe is estimated to be within the next 3 weeks.
We understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation is for our customers and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We will continue to provide updates as soon as further information becomes available, and thank everyone for their patience and understanding while this matter is resolved
In the meantime, we would like to remind customers that Lymington Health and Leisure Centre’s pool remains open and is included within your membership, should you wish to continue swimming while works are completed.
