We wanted to provide you with a further update regarding our pool.

A specialist contractor has been on site today carrying out a number of tests and assessments to help identify the cause of the issue.

Following these investigations, they believe they now have a clearer understanding of what may be causing the problem and are working to determine the best solution.

Our priority is to resolve the issue properly while keeping any disruption to our programme and customers to an absolute minimum.

Unfortunately, while this work continues, the pool will remain closed throughout this weekend.

At this stage, we do not yet have a confirmed timescale for reopening.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing this will be, and we really appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
