Singing for health

October 18 2021

A warm welcome awaits you at our fortnightly community singing group in Moulsecoomb. No prior experience of singing is needed. Your first session is free.

Our experienced singing tutor Marina Perryman specialises in promoting physical and mental health through enjoyable and sociable community singing.

Research has shown that singing improves respiratory health, is beneficial for those living with dementia or Parkinsons and provides holistic mental and physical health benefits. We also have a lot of fun singing, make a great sound and enjoy time every week for a catch up over a cuppa.

Come and enjoy singing popular songs, spanning the decades up to the present day. We're also always open to requests for your favourite tune.
