All our instructors are experienced and fully trained to deliver the Rise Gymnastics Programme and are fully DBS checked.

Yes, your instructorwill advise you at the right point in your gymnastics journey with us on when your child has achieved the various stages in badge development. You then have the option to buy a badge and get a certificate at reception.
Due to being direct debit lessons will only pause for Christmas holidays and resume in the New Year’s meaning you'll have access to lessons 50 weeks of the year providing continuous progression in lessons.
All of our gymnastics memberships are paid via direct debit to make it easier for you.
Everyone enrolled in our gymnastics programme has swimming included for free across our Swansea centres in lane swimming, public swimming, aquatots and fun and float sessions in Morriston, Penlan and Penyrheol centres. You also get free swimming at the LC Swansea during aquatots, general splash and during the last two hours of all full feature sessions.
