It's important to wear clothing that allows for a full range of movement during the yoga class without restricting your vision. Breathable, lightweight fabrics such as leggings or yoga pants are recommended as you’re likely to work up a sweat during the session. Women are recommended to wear a sports bra for added comfort. Long hair should be tied back and any dangly jewellery should be removed. Keep in mind that shoes or trainers are not required for yoga, as it is typically practised barefoot.
