Our indoor group cycling classes offer the closest experience to outdoor cycling without having to negotiate traffic or deal with whatever the British weather throws at us. With our state of the art stationary bikes, high energy music and motivational, friendly instructors, you're in for a fast and furious ride which will push you to your limits.
Indoor cycling for beginners
For those who are new to indoor cycling, we offer Beginner Cycle and Introduction to Group Cycling classes. Your instructor will talk you through the equipment and help get your bike set up ready for the session. Once the sessions start, you will be guided through different speeds, resistance and interval training. Expect the music to be loud and be prepared to work up a serious sweat!

The main distinction between Spinning and indoor cycling is that Spinning is a registered brand trademark and spin classes are usually quite formulaic - simulating road cycling with endurance rides, hills and sprints.
Indoor Cycling on the other hand is more free-flowing and can be adapted to various types of classes and workouts, offering a limitless range of possibilities.
