Indoor Cycling
High-energy classes set to motivational music on specialised stationary bikes. You’ll improve your stamina, endurance, strengthen your lower body and burn some serious calories in this low-impact workout!
Body Combat
Body Combat is a high-energy, martial arts inspired programme that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and learn moves from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing and tai chi.
Aqua Aerobics
A low-impact aerobics class in our outstanding pool! You’ll be guided through a series of aerobic style exercises by our friendly instructors. Expect to use resistance gloves, noodles and foam dumbbells for an effective full body workout.
Body Pump
Challenges and strengthens the body. With the motivation of the music and the help of some weights, these exercises will focus on working all the key muscles in your body.
Grit Athletic
LES MILLS GRIT™ Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to help you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to build a lean and athletic body.
Body Balance
A yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Pilates Whittlesey
A calming and balancing mat-based workout, focusing on core strength. Pilates concentrates on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and strong muscles. It’s gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injuries.

All our fantastic fitness classes take place at Manor Leisure Centre, Station Road, Whittlesey, PE7 1UA. Here’s how to find us.
Our pools are open Monday – Sunday and we have particular sessions for public use. Please check our timetable for more details.
Our gym can be used at any time during our opening hours: 6.30am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm on Saturdays and 8.00am – 4.00pm on Sundays.

Unfortunately not, however we do have vending machines for cold/hot drinks, and we also sell ice-creams and snacks.
For beginners, two or three classes weekly can provide a balanced routine without overwhelming the body. For people who are already active, they might aim for four to six classes, incorporating rest days and diversifying workout types to avoid overtraining and ensure muscle recovery.
Body Balance and Pilates are both ideal for beginners due to their low impact and focus on flexibility, core strength and relaxation. These classes are gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels. Aqua Aerobics is also a great way to get active and burn a significant amount of calories in a fun and social environment.
