Room hire at Malvern Vale Community Centre
Looking for the perfect venue for your next event or gathering? You've come to the right place! Our community centre is the ideal location for all your special occasions, meetings, classes, and more.
Summer Room
A large spacious room (13.5m x 9.5m) with views looking on to the Malvern Hills. The Summer room has a standing capacity of 128 guests or 83 seated guests.
Beacon Room
A light airy room (11m x 6m), with underfloor heating and easy access for all ages. Perfect for activity groups or classes. The Beacon room has a standing capacity of 66 guests and 43 seated guests.
Partnership with Sunshine Family Hub
At Malvern Vale we host the Sunshine Family Hub. The Family Hub play an essential role in giving children and families the early support they need
We are open to your whole community on a regular basis. We work in partnership with other agencies such as health visitors, midwives, speech and language, and local schools.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we have free car parking available for users of our community centre.
Minimum booking is 1hour. Your hire time needs to be inclusive of set up and pack down time.
Please speak with our management team when making your booking. We do have internal noticeboards that may be available to use.
Table and chairs are available.
If you would like to hire additional equipment this can be arranged by yourself using external providers after confirming your booking. Please see the Summer Room for sizing noting any bouncy castle needs to be under 8ft tall.
The latest you can book the room is 10pm, however clear up time is built into this so you would need to have returned the room to the state in which you found it and be out of the building by 10pm.
