Why take part in exercise classes?
One of the great aspects of group exercise is the fact it is led by a professional. Unlike going solo in the gym or at home, attending a class is the next best thing to having your own personal trainer, making it a really affordable way to spend time with someone who can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Not only that, it’s a lot of fun, with an added social element to keep you motivated to return week after week and remain active for longer.

Yes, we would advise pre booking due to some classes being in high demand. Non members can book up to three days in advance over the phone or in person. Members can book online up to seven days in advance. They can also book over the phone or in person.
