In Beginners General Gymnastics classes, gymnasts will rotate in groups learning and developing basic gymnastics floor and apparatus skills.

In Intermediate General Gymnastics classes, gymnasts will continue to develop and progress floor and apparatus skills and begin to work towards more advanced skills.

Advanced General & Acro: Gymnasts will be invited to join this group when we feel they are ready to progress onto more advanced skills and begin tumbling.  Gymnasts will also be introduced to some Acro work, consisting of balances and dynamic moves working together in pairs or small groups.

All above classes will have the opportunity to work towards awards/certificates.  Assessments for these take place once a year in the Spring term.

All our classes are delivered by enthusiastic and experienced British Gymnastics qualified coaches with DBS disclosures.  For all bookings and enquiries for our gymnastics termly courses please email Claire Jones: Littlehamptonwavegymnastics@freedom-leisure.co.uk
