My mission is to help as many people as possible find their love for health and fitness as well as feel comfortable and confident in their health and fitness routines... My coaching focuses on moving with purpose and intent... This involves strength training as well as functional fitness personalised to the lifestyle you live and the big goals you have!

I got into fitness by working through my own physical and mental hurdles, and it completely changed my life. Now I’m all about helping others feel stronger, more confident and capable in their own journey. My areas of interest are female health and resistance training.

After a health scare in 2021 I realised I needed to make some big changes to my health and fitness. After losing over a stone, improving my nutrition and focusing on building muscle my whole life changed. I passed my level 3 PT whilst working full time in Pensions and now want to help and inspire others to improve their health and fitness and reap the rewards. 

I focus on resistance training and the benefits of building muscle. This can be incorporated with weight loss/management, nutrition advice & general health and wellbeing.
