I’ve helped 100+ people transform their health and fitness to be able to MOVE, FEEL and PERFORM their very best!

My mission is to help as many people as possible find their love for health and fitness as well as feel comfortable and confident in their health and fitness routines... My coaching focuses on moving with purpose and intent... This involves strength training as well as functional fitness personalised to the lifestyle you live and the big goals you have!

A quote from Debra who I have trained for OVER 2 YEARS: “PERSONAL TRAINING WITH CONNOR TWICE A WEEK HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING! MY MENTAL HEALTH HAS IMPROVED AND I’M FEELING THE FITTEST AND MOST CONFIDENT I’VE EVER BEEN!”

Fitness became part of my life through overcoming my own physical and mental health challenges. Experiencing how strength training, movement, and improved nutrition can transform not just your body, but your confidence, energy, and overall wellbeing inspired me to help others on their own health journey.

After a personal health scare in 2021, I knew I needed to make lasting changes. By improving my nutrition, committing to resistance training, and losing over a stone, I transformed both my lifestyle and mindset. While working full-time in pensions, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, driven by my passion to help others improve their health in a realistic and sustainable way.

Although I support a wide range of clients, I specialise in women’s health. I hold qualifications in female health and menopause coaching, allowing me to support women through hormonal changes and different life stages with education, understanding, and tailored coaching strategies. I recognise that women’s bodies require an individual approach to training, nutrition, and recovery, and I work closely with clients to create plans that support their lifestyle and long-term wellbeing.

My coaching focuses on resistance training and muscle building alongside fat loss, nutrition support, and overall health and wellbeing. I prioritise sustainability, helping clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking and instead focus on consistent progress over perfection, creating habits that last.

My goal is to help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.

I’m a 43-year-old dad of two boys, so they keep me pretty busy… though honestly, I think they’re the ones trying to keep up with me.

I’ve been part of the fitness community for around 25 years now, I absolutely love it, and my goal here as a trainer is to build a community of people from different backgrounds with the same common goal; to improve their lives!

I used to train like a bodybuilder - the goal was all about looking muscular and lean. But as I’ve got older, my focus has shifted towards movement and performance - and I’m now moving and performing better than ever. The bonus? I don’t look much different than I did back then, but I’m having way more fun doing it.

Outside the gym, I love being outdoors and spending time out there with my family. I’m always up for an adventure - whether that’s climbing a mountain, running an ultramarathon, or taking on a fitness race. I completed my first HYROX in May with a time of 1:09:52!

My own fitness journey has taught me a lot about the resilience of the human body and what it’s capable of with the right approach to training and nutrition.

When you train with me, you can expect a practical, real-world approach combining my personal experience and education with your goals to make fitness work for you. Whether you want to move and feel better, build confidence, or perform at your best, we’ll work together to make it happen.

My fitness journey started by playing football growing up. After an injury stopped me from continuing football, I discovered the gym. This has massively helped my physical and mental health over time and has been the most beneficial investment of my time. I strive to help others find the same love and passion for health and fitness that changed my life for the better!

My coaching involves strength & conditioning, sport specific exercise, and most importantly the mental health benefits through exercise. This is important to me as I have encountered many setbacks and personal hurdles myself… Health and fitness was the biggest step towards overcoming these!

I’m Connor, a personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits, not just quick transformations.

My coaching journey started from my own experience in the gym, where I learned that real progress comes from understanding how training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all work together. Through that process, I developed a holistic coaching approach focused on sustainable progress, improving movement, strength, mobility, and overall lifestyle, not just aesthetics or short term results.

Alongside training, I use my nutritional knowledge to help clients improve their overall health, reduce inflammation, and support their bodies properly through food and daily habits. This holistic approach allows me to work with people from all backgrounds and fitness levels, helping them manage aches, improve energy levels, recover better, and ultimately improve quality of life, not just gym performance.

I love helping people feel comfortable in the gym, especially those who are new to training or unsure where to start. Many people walk into the gym feeling intimidated or confused, and I enjoy helping break down that barrier so they can train with confidence and actually enjoy the process. Seeing clients grow stronger, move better, and gain confidence in themselves is what motivates me every day.

I’ve been fortunate to help many people transform physically and mentally, whether their goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or simply feeling healthier and stronger in everyday life. For me, the biggest wins aren’t just changes in appearance, but seeing clients move pain free, feel more confident, and build habits that fit around their real lives.

My coaching focuses on proper technique, strength development, mobility, and building sustainable routines that clients can maintain long term. I want people to understand what they’re doing in the gym, not just be told what to do, so they gain the confidence to train independently as well.

My goal is to provide the support, accountability, and knowledge people need to make lasting progress and feel confident in their training long after our sessions together.
