We boast two dedicated exercise and dance studios at Littlehampton Wave, each of which hosts a huge range of different group exercise and dance classes. These sessions are ideal for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or ability.

Our dedicated Indoor Cycling studio is the envy of all others. We have 25 bikes for structured instructor led classes as well as a full programme of 'virtual' classes so you can workout when it's convenient to you. The studio has full surround sound and effect lighting as well as a floor to ceiling screen giving you the full ‘outdoors, indoors’ experience.

20/20 - This class will consist of a mixture of cardio, strength training and toning, a great all-rounder, when it comes to fitness and fun.
Aqua Aerobics - Aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness.
Aqua Bootcamp - A low impact, high energy workout in our multi-use pool.
Aqua Abs - A low impact, high intensity abdominal workout helping to tone the core in the pool.
Aqua Circuit - Low impact circuit in the pool combining strength and endurance exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness and tone the whole body.
Body Conditioning - Toning, strength and endurance. These classes are designed to get your muscles working.
Bootcamp - Bootcamp is an outdoor workout consisting of cardio and strength exercises to give you a great full body workout.
Core Flex - A workout designed to target all muscles of the core.
Dance Fusion - Dance Fusion fitness is a fun, addictive workout that combines elements of various dance styles and aerobic moves, put together to form a fitness class that offers a high or low intensity workout to suit a range of abilities and ages.
Dance Tribe - Dance Tribe is an easy to follow, high energy, full body dance fitness workout with a fierce and epic playlist to match. Inspired by a mix of dance styles expect to bring out all the sass in one track then rave it up the next.
Freedom Indoor Cycle - Indoor cycling set to music, using stationary bikes in a class environment, high intensity and low impact.
Freedom Circuits - A traditional workout where participants can work as hard as they want, moving from station to station using a range of equipment.
Freedom Running Club - Outdoor running club combining a varied programme including long distance and sprint training.
Freedom Step - A class that focuses on improving different components of fitness including cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and tone with the use of step stations.
HIIT Bootcamp - A 60 minute class that uses different timings and techniques to increase calerie burn and reduce fat.
Legs, Bums and Tums - An exercise to music class that concentrates on the lower part of the body using a combination of dumbbells and body weight exercises.
Les Mills Body Attack - A high energy whole body workout that combines athletic movements such as running and jumping with strength exercises such as push ups and squats. Aged 16 years+.
Les Mills Body Balance - Body Balance is a new yoga class which blends elements of tai chi and pilates to strengthen the whole body. Aged 16 years+.
Les Mills Body Combat - Body Combat is a high-energy martial arts inspired workout. It's totally non-combat and there's no complex moves to master. Aged 16 years+.
Les Mills Body Pump - A whole body weight training class suitable for everyone aged 16 years+. Using plates and barbells, body pump helps to tone and shape the body.
Lift & Shape - a weights based class designed to burn calories, strengthen muscles and create definition throughout the body. This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
My Ride (Virtual) - A high intensity, low impact inclusive indoor cycling session with a virtual instructor. Feel immersed by the visual display projected onto a large screen at the front of the studio. Work your way through varying scenarios from hill climbs to sprints through the countryside.

Pound - A full body workout using light weighted ripstix (drumsticks). Pound combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates style movements choreographed to music.
Purestretch - A combination of yoga, pilates and core stretching to music.
Stretch and Relax - A stretching session using a variety of breathing techniques.
Supple Strength - A blend of yoga, pilates and stretching to strengthen your abdominals, back and bum while shaping and firming your arms and legs. By using your own body weight as resistance, you will engage several muscle groups at one time, strengthening one set while stretching another.
Totally Shredded - A high intensity cardio workout with no recovery.
Yoga - A form of gentle precision exercise, using breathing and relaxation to enhance the union of body and mind. Improves stability, energy, relaxation, balance and tranquility.
