Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy group fitness class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination. It combines moves from various martial arts disciplines, such as karate, taekwondo and boxing, all set to upbeat music. Les Mills BODYPUMP™
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a weight-based total-body workout designed to improve strength and muscle endurance. Using a combination of light to moderate weights, our Les Mills instructors will lead you through a series of strength-training repetition exercises set to high tempo music, including squats, lunges, presses and curls. The intensity of the class can be adjusted based on the fitness level and goals of the class participants.
Les Mills BODYATTACK™
Les Mills BODYATTACK is a high-energy aerobic fitness class that is perfect for both beginners and total Les Mills addicts! Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination, BODYATTACK combines elements of running, lunging and jumping set to upbeat music. The range of choreographed moves will work the cardiovascular system and build muscle strength, boosting energy levels to the max!
Les Mills GRIT™
Les Mills GRIT is a 30 minute, all-body HIIT workout designed to raise your heart rate and get you sweating! Incorporating weights and cardio, this fitness class combines short bursts of intense exercises with periods of rest. Our Les Mills instructors will guide the class through a challenging series of strength and cardio exercises, such as squats, lunges, push-ups and burpees - perfect for improving fitness and burning calories!

Les Mills was a New Zealand athlete, coach and pioneer in the field of group fitness. He passionately believed that athletic workouts should be accessible to all, leading to him developing several fitness programmes, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK, which are now offered at fitness facilities all across the globe. Mills passed away in 2012, but his legacy in the world of fitness continues to live on through the popularity of his workouts.
