50+ Sports and Fitness Morning Coming Soon
Starting from Monday 19th July 2021 we hope that this session will help bring many of you back to the centre, we have made every effort to keep things covid safe and have your well-being at the forefront of our minds.
Come and play, swim, workout with other over 50's. Learn some new skills or build on existing ones, make new friends and most importantly - stay active!

Monday Mornings from 10am -12pm will soon host the return of our 50+ sports and fitness mornings!
Simply pay for your ticket at reception and get access to badminton, table tennis. a fitness class, the gym and the pool!
Hall sports are hosted by our coach Barbara who will help organise games, give tips and generally be on hand to make sure you have a brilliant, active morning!
