50+ Sports and Fitness Thursdays
We have been running a few weeks now and things are going from strength to strength, its great to see so many people returning to the centre, we have made every effort to keep things covid safe still and have your well-being at the forefront of our minds.
Come and play, swim, workout with other over 50's. Learn some new skills or build on existing ones, make new friends and most importantly - stay active!
Thursday Mornings from 10am -1pm now host our 50+ sports and fitness mornings!
Simply pay for your ticket at reception and get access to badminton, table tennis. a fitness class, the gym and the pool!
Hall sports are hosted by our coach Barbara who will help organise games, give tips and generally be on hand to make sure you have a brilliant, active morning!
