Come and play, swim, workout with other over 50's. Learn some new skills or build on existing ones, make new friends and most importantly - stay active!
We are now home to the excellent Parks & Mist Cafe so make sure you grab a coffee, smoothie or snack on your visit too. A perfect addition to your morning
Every Thursday from 10am - 1pm we run our 50+ sports and fitness mornings!
Simply pay for your ticket at reception and get access to badminton, table tennis, a fitness class, walking Netball, the gym and the pool!
Hall sports are hosted by our coach Barbara who will help organise games, give tips and generally be on hand to make sure you have a brilliant, active morning!
