We are aware that our booking systems are currently experiencing difficulties. We
apologise for the inconvenience felt and want to assure customers that we have a timeline
for improvements to this system.


Please make a note as this will affect your ability to book online.


Monday 26 January
The app will go offline from approximately 6.00pm.
From 11.00pm, the system will be completely offline, including those used by our reception teams.

Tuesday 27 January
The entire system will be undergoing migration to new Cloud servers in an effort to improve services
significantly and futureproof. Following migration there will be a rigorous testing programme throughout the
day. The app testing will commence alongside this.

Wednesday 28 January
All services expected to be reinstated Wednesday morning with timings to be shared via social media and
website following the testing stage.
Once complete customers should be able to log-in using their existing app and credentials.

During this period:
Online and app bookings will not be available for any site.
Our centres across the city will have no access to booking systems, where possible a pen & paper booking
process will be managed. This will be challenging for our site teams; your patience will be appreciated while
we work through this phase.


Please ensure you bring your membership card with you so we can admit you faster.


We understand the impact this shutdown will have for customers but it is a significant part of our upgrade and
rectification works following the recent booking challenges.
