As a member you will receive a personalised induction and program written by our expert Fitness Advisors. This program is tailor made to help you reach your goals.

Whether you are just starting out, training for an event or looking to transform this is a great way to set some targets and get started on achieving them.

To top it off, you will also receive two program updates spread out over the first few months with us. This is so that the body doesn't reach a plateau, we keep changing the exercises, increasing the weights, times and intensities to ensure that you keep improving!

Classes & Challenges



Looking for a little more? Do you need to push yourself or are you lacking motivation? Try a HIIT class!

These intense half hour classes are the perfect way to challenge your fitness. Run by our Fitness Advisors these sessions are a great way to meet other members, get inspired and learn some new moves!

Adaptable for all abiliites and fitness levels there is no excuse not to give it a go!

Feeling competitve? Want to see if you are fitter, stronger, more flexible than the staff? Take part in a Gym Challenge!

Run monthly, these challenges are set and monitored by our Fitness advisors. Each challenge will be different and will look to focus on a particular skill.

How long can you hold a plank? How many push-ups can you do in a minute? See the team today and get your name on the leader board!

It's all in the name of fun. But who doesn't want to win??

Junior Gym

Running all week, including weekends this session is for 12-16 year olds and provides the opportunity to come in, learn about the gym, work on your fitness and meet some great people.

When you first come along you will have a full induction where one of our Fitness Advisors will show you around the gym, teach you about all the different equipment and how to use it safely and effectively. They'll even write you a prgoram so you know what to do each time you come in.

This is not a closed session so adults do still use the gym at this time.
