Group Exercise programme
Group classes are a great way to get fit and make friends. You can take part as a pay-as-you-go customer, or have access to all our classes with a full access membership.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics classes involve all the usual exercises you would complete in a studio based aerobics session, just in water. Exercising in water provides a great, low-impact way to improve fitness without causing stress to your joints and muscles, with the water supporting you with your movements.

Yes, our gym is open until 10:00pm Monday to Friday, and until 5:30pm on Saturday. On Sunday we are open until 8:30pm.
This will depend on your individual goals, level of fitness and the type of workouts you are doing. As a general guide, we would normally recommend 3-5 times a week for up to an hour each time. However, if you're new to the gym, it’s important not to overdo it as this could lead to muscle strain or injury.
We would always recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothing along with trainers that provide proper, non-slip support. Avoid loose jewellery and overly baggy clothing, as they may get caught in the equipment. Long hair should also be tied back.
