Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a low-impact water-based workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility while being gentle on the joints.
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is low-impact workout in the water. Designed to help build strength, improve flexibility and tone your body, all while being gentle on your joints.
Pilates
Pilates is a mindful, low-impact workout that focuses on core stability, functional strength and full-body alignment. Through a series of controlled movements and guided breathwork, you will activate deep stabilising muscles, improve mobility and enhance flexibility.
Zumba
Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout with an easy-to-follow dance routine to the beat of Latin and global rhythms. Designed to improve endurance, coordination and overall energy.
Yogalates
Yogalates combines the flowing, mindful movements of Yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. This exercise class focuses on improving posture, flexibility, balance and core stability, through a mixture of gentle stretches, controlled strengthening exercises and focused breathwork.

If you’re new to fitness and are unsure which class is right for you, the don’t worry - our friendly team of highly skilled and trained staff are always on hand to guide you. Pay us a visit or get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options on how to get started. Everyone has their first time in a class – we’re here to help.
Become a member and enjoy a wide range of exclusive offers and perks. Our Health and Fitness membership is ideal for those looking for unlimited access to the gym, all fitness classes, swimming pool and selected activities.
This ultimately depends on your personal fitness goals and availability. As a general rule of thumb, beginners should aim for two or three classes a week and consider increasing the number of sessions as levels of fitness improve. The most important thing is to find a class you enjoy and challenges you every time.
We would recommend you bring a refillable water bottle and a towel to each class. If you’re attending Pilates, please bring your own mat with you.

Parking is free for our customers at the following times:
Monday - Thursday: 7.00am - 9.00am & 3.00pm onwards
Friday & Saturday: 7.00am - 9.00am & 6.00pm onwards
Sunday: Free all day
