With an annual footfall of over 107,600 visitors and a minimum of 80 events hosted each year, partners benefit from consistent exposure to a diverse and active audience. Our packages can be tailored to suit a variety of objectives, from on-site branding and event sponsorship to digital promotion and community-focused collaborations, providing excellent value and meaningful local impact.

Sponsorship & Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1. "Stadium" means Julie Rose Stadium, operated by Freedom Leisure.
1.2. "Sponsor" means the individual, company, organisation, or other entity entering into a sponsorship or advertising agreement with the Stadium.
1.3. "Agreement" means the sponsorship proposal, booking confirmation, invoice, and these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. "Sponsorship Period" means the duration of the sponsorship package as agreed between the parties.

2. Sponsorship Agreement
2.1. The Agreement shall commence on the date specified in the sponsorship confirmation and continue for the Sponsorship Period unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Sponsorship packages may be purchased for one (1), two (2), or three (3) years as specified within the agreed package.
2.3. Renewal of sponsorship agreements shall be subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
2.4. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship application at its sole discretion.

3. Sponsorship Benefits
3.1. The Sponsor shall receive the benefits associated with the selected Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsorship Package.
3.2. Sponsorship benefits may include, but are not limited to:
3.2.1. Stadium advertising and branding opportunities.
3.2.2. Event sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
3.2.3. Digital marketing and social media promotion.
3.2.4. Complimentary memberships where applicable.
3.2.5. Recognition within stadium communications and promotional materials.
3.3. All sponsorship benefits are subject to availability and operational requirements.
3.4. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to amend the delivery method, location, timing, or format of sponsorship benefits where reasonably necessary.

4. Advertising Materials
4.1. The Sponsor shall provide all artwork, logos, branding, and promotional content in the required format and by the deadlines specified by the Stadium.
4.2. The Sponsor warrants that all materials supplied:
4.2.1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2.2. Do not infringe any intellectual property rights.
4.2.3. Are not defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
4.3. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to reject, remove, or request amendments to any advertising material that it considers unsuitable.
4.4. Any costs resulting from amendments requested by the Sponsor after approval may be charged to the Sponsor.

5. Production, Installation and Maintenance
5.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Sponsor shall be responsible for all design, production, and delivery costs associated with advertising materials.
5.2. Installation and removal of advertising materials may only be undertaken with the prior approval of Julie Rose Stadium.
5.3. The Stadium reserves the right to remove any materials that:
5.3.1. Present a health and safety risk.
5.3.2. Become damaged or deteriorated.
5.3.3. No longer comply with Stadium requirements.
5.4. The Stadium shall not be liable for accidental damage, loss, or deterioration of advertising materials caused by normal wear and tear, weather conditions, or third-party actions.

6. Event Sponsorship
6.1. Where sponsorship benefits include event sponsorship, such benefits shall apply only to events organised, managed, or approved by Julie Rose Stadium.
6.2. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to alter event dates, formats, programmes, or locations where operational circumstances require.
6.3. No refund or compensation shall be payable where an event is cancelled, postponed, or amended due to circumstances beyond the Stadium's reasonable control.

7. Digital and Promotional Activities
7.1. Any digital promotion included within a sponsorship package shall be delivered through channels determined by Julie Rose Stadium.
7.2. The Stadium does not guarantee any specific level of audience reach, engagement, website traffic, enquiries, sales, or return on investment.
7.3. The Sponsor grants Julie Rose Stadium a non-exclusive licence to use the Sponsor's approved logos, trademarks, and branding materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling sponsorship obligations.

8. Fees and Payment
8.1. Sponsorship fees shall be payable in accordance with the invoice issued by Julie Rose Stadium.
8.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices must be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
8.3. Failure to pay by the due date may result in:
8.3.1. Suspension of sponsorship benefits.
8.3.2. Removal of advertising materials.
8.3.3. Termination of the Agreement.
8.4. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Exclusivity
9.1. Sponsorship agreements do not provide category or industry exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.
9.2. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to enter into sponsorship agreements with other organisations, including those operating within the same business sector as the Sponsor.

10. Sponsor Conduct and Reputation
10.1. The Sponsor shall conduct its business in a manner that enhances and protects the reputation of Julie Rose Stadium and Freedom Leisure.
10.2. Julie Rose Stadium may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Sponsor:
10.2.1. Brings the Stadium or Freedom Leisure into disrepute.
10.2.2. Engages in unlawful, unethical, or inappropriate conduct.
10.2.3. Becomes insolvent or enters administration, liquidation, or similar proceedings.
10.2.4. Commits a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Cancellation and Termination
11.1. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once sponsorship benefits have commenced or advertising materials have been installed.
11.2. Any request to terminate a sponsorship agreement early must be submitted in writing.
11.3. Julie Rose Stadium reserves the right to recover any costs incurred prior to termination.
11.4. The Stadium may terminate the Agreement immediately where the Sponsor breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12. Unforeseeable Event
12.1. Julie Rose Stadium shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
12.1.1. Severe weather.
12.1.2. Flood, fire, or natural disaster.
12.1.3. Industrial action.
12.1.4. Utility failure.
12.1.5. Government restrictions.
12.1.6. Public health emergencies.

13. Liability
13.1. The Sponsor accepts sole responsibility for all advertising and promotional content supplied.
13.2. Julie Rose Stadium shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss suffered by the Sponsor.
13.3. The total liability of Julie Rose Stadium arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total sponsorship fee paid by the Sponsor.
13.4. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Data Protection
14.1. Both parties shall comply with all applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
14.2. Personal data obtained during the administration of this Agreement shall only be processed for legitimate business purposes.

15. Intellectual Property
15.1. Each party shall retain ownership of its respective trademarks, copyrights, logos, and intellectual property rights.
15.2. Neither party shall use the intellectual property of the other party outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent.

16. General Provisions
16.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
16.2. No amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
16.3. Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16.4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
16.5. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Gold Sponsor Renewal Rights
17.1. Upon expiry of a Gold Sponsorship Agreement, Julie Rose Stadium shall offer the existing Gold Sponsor a first right of renewal.
17.2. The Sponsor shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of the renewal offer to confirm its intention to renew.
17.3. If the Sponsor declines or fails to respond within the stated period, Julie Rose Stadium shall be entitled to offer the sponsorship opportunity to another party.
