We will be running a wide range of group exercise classes on the day, giving you the chance to try something new and enjoy moving together. Please see below for the timetable.

Women can enjoy free gym access throughout the entire day, giving you the opportunity to work out at your own pace, try new equipment and spend time focusing on your health and wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive space.

Outdoor Track

Outdoor Track

The track will be open for women to enjoy a morning of movement, starting with the opportunity to complete up to a 5k run from 9am to 10am, followed by open track time from 10:15am to 1:30pm where you can run or walk at your own pace.

In our café we will be hosting two relaxed sing-a-long sessions from 11:30am to 12:30pm and 12:30pm to 1:30pm, offering a fun and friendly space to enjoy music and spend time together.
