Fit and Flow classes flow through Barre, Yoga and Pilates inspired movements, choreographed to chilled chart tracks. It is the ultimate workout for long, lean and flexible muscles
Stretch and tone
Stretch and classes work on improving movement and flexibility, with a bit of muscle toning thrown in as well. Different muscle groups are targeted to help you move better and feel awesome.
Walk and Jog
Combining walking and jogging is a great way to increase calorie burn and build up your cardiovascular endurance. In these sessions we can build stronger bones and boost your fitness levels.
Yoga
Yoga uses specific body postures and controlled positions, helping you to relax and to create better all-round health, for your mind body and soul.
Groove it Fit
Groove-It Fit is a dance Fitness class and a super fun workout that will burn calories and offer you a total body workout. The original choreography creates the perfect formula for Cardio, toning and stretching, so everyone taking part looks and feels great.
Active for Life
This is a low impact circuits class designed specifically for those who are less mobile, to encourage physical activity. Our instructors also welcome customers who have had cardiac rehab, and are looking to getting back to health and fitness.
