Our pools are open Monday - Sunday, please check our swim timetable.
Yes, from age 14yrs upwards, you use the gym anytime. Our Gym is open from 6.30am - 9.30pm weekdays and 8am - 4pm on weekends.

Yes, we have swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.
Yes, there are bus stops just around the corner from us in the centre of town.
Unfortunately not, although we do have soft drinks from our vending machines, snacks and ice creams available in Reception.
To use our gym unsupervised you will need to be aged 14 and above. For people aged 10 - 14 we run energetix sessions which are supervised by our experienced gym team.
