Frequently Asked Questions
We run a comprehensive range of studio classes throughout the week. Premier members and Leisure Pass members can book classes up to 8 days in advance, non members can book on the day. Payment is required at the time of booking.
No you do not need to be a member to use the centre, we offer pay as you go options for most activities on site.
Activities that require booking can be done in person at reception, by telephone (01424) 755515 or online with a password generated for you by reception.
We have free parking on site
We have a small seating area and serve hot drinks from reception.
Access is available from as young as 11 yrs with junior gym sessions. Full use of all equipment is from 16 yrs.
Yes we do offer PT at Helenswood, contact reception for more information
Yes we offer bouncy castle & soft play birthday parties, contact reception for availability.
