We're super excited to be opening on 1 August and getting you back to exercise at your favourite sports centre. However, things are going to be a little different to when we closed in March.
We've been working hard to make sure the safety of our customers and staff is our number one focus. We will be following our 'COVID-safety-matters' guidelines and maintaining social distancing within the centre and having a robust and thorough cleaning regime in place to ensure all our customers have the best environment to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing.

You can book your session by telephone 01273 841348 and you can book up to 8 days in advance. (Bookable via our email address from Wednesday 29th July email@example.com)
You will be able to book up to 5 sessions per week and may only participate in one activity per visit.
Please ensure you arrive for your allotted session on time. Late entrants will still be required to leave after their booked gym session time which is one hour and will not be permitted to stay longer. Ideally customers should bring their own mats for classes. If using our centre mats please ensure these are fully sanitised after use. There will be an opportunity if you would like to purchase one of the centres mats to keep we will be offering these at a minimum cost.
Our classes will take place in our ventilated and spacious dance studio and we will have a maximum of 12 customers per class. Please use the queing system outside the studio, when you enter please walk through to the front of the studio and use the spot on the floor as your station. If you require a mat in the class please lay the mat horizontally over the spot.
Our Saturday class will take place outdoors and will be bodyweight only, please bring a mat with you. If the weather is good we can offer additional spaces. If it is raining this will take place in the studio and will be limited to 12.

We have implemented and enhanced our cleaning regime throughout the centre. All areas will be cleaned regularly. It is essential that members clean down each machine after use – equipment may not be shared unless it has been cleaned down between uses.
Hygiene stations are available in all high-touch areas offering hand sanitiser and medical-grade disinfectant and sanitising wipes.
Personal gym towels are permitted but please use wipes and paper towels provided when cleaning down equipment and dispose of them after each use.
