Join Paula, a Menopause Coach and Yoga & Breath Work teacher, specialising in helping women navigate Menopause.

This 6 week course is £60 per person and starts on Saturday 14 March, each session will run for 2 hours.

Week Date Includes
Week 1 14 March Getting to know each other, course overview, statisitics and tea.
Week 2 21 March Mental health, symptoms and support, Intro to Breath Work, Meditation.
Week 3 28 March Physical changes, symptoms and support.
Week 4 4 April Nutrition and weight management, theory/nutritionist advice.
Week 5 11 April Sleep, theory, practical session of Yoga Nidra with Paula.
Week 6 18 April Exercise and bringing it all together, gentle Yoga class with Paula.
