Join Paula, a Menopause Coach and Yoga & Breath Work teacher, specialising in helping women navigate Menopause.
This 6 week course is £60 per person and starts on Saturday 14 March, each session will run for 2 hours.

| Week 6 | 18 April | Exercise and bringing it all together, gentle Yoga class with Paula. |
