Pilates Hailsham
A holistic mat-based workout, which focuses primarily on core strength. Pilates concentrates on slow and measured repetitive movements that help to build strong muscles and improve posture, flexibility and balance.

Led by a team of highly trained instructors in our MyRide Studio, our indoor cycling classes include MyRide Drill, Tour, Coach and more!

No, all of the fitness classes at Hailsham Leisure Centre can be done either as a pay-as-you-go or paid member.
We have classes available from ages 16+
All equipment to take part in the class is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own if you wish. We would advise bringing your own towel and water bottle.
Sessions can be booked eight days in advance if you hold a membership with us. Pay-as-you-go users can book 24 hours ahead.
You can book your space online, over the phone or in person at our reception desk.

Taking part in one of our classes is not only great fun but exercising in a group adds a social element and will keep you motivated to continue visiting on a regular basis. It's also been proven to help with weight loss and reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke.
This depends on your personal fitness goals and availability. Generally, beginners should take part in two or three classes a week and consider increasing the number of sessions as fitness levels improve. Ultimately, the most important thing is to find a class you enjoy and challenges you every time.

Yes - our Freedom Café serves a range of delicious hot and cold drinks and snacks. It’s a great place to relax and unwind after a fitness class!
All our fitness classes take place at Hailsham Leisure Centre, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 1BA. You can also find some great exercise classes at our sister sites at Crowborough and Uckfield.
