Our 3 studios host a huge variety of classes. We offer high energy classes such as Zumba, Tomboogie and bodycombat, conditioning/toning classes like body pump and kettlebells and other varieties of classes, for example hulahooping.

We also offer classes on the gym floor - ignite and 14-18 ignite. Active plus is designed for 50 years and over, offering aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises. GP referral classes offer gentle exercise to get you started.
For those of you that like to focus on mind and body, we run regular yoga, pilates and body balance classes througout the week suitable for all levels. And they are all included in your membership! Introducing our all new rehab pilates classes - for those with back issues its a good way to get you into classes and exercising
In the pool we have aqua aerobics using the natural resistance of water to tone and raise your heart rate. And we have aqua rehab for those looking for a gentler class, using the natural support & buoyancy of the water.
From gym circuits to small group training, we utilise a whole range of gym equipment from cardio equipment, resistance machines, kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX and more. If it gets results we’ll use it!
Our IGNITE classes promote strength and conditioning, they are small group training sessions . These classes are for people who want to get all the benefits of training with free-weights but don’t know where to start.
