What is this scheme?
This is a 6 month discounted membership, paid monthly, which involves tailored classes, access to our fitness facilities, 5x 1-1 coaching sessions and a dedicated team to help you on your journey to becoming happier & healthier.
Who is this scheme for?
To get started on our health membership you will need a referral from your GP or health practitioner. You can be referred for a variety of health conditions which include; Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, obesity, back pain, hypertension, long covid and stroke rehab. Once you have been referred you can start your membership!
What activities are included?
Your membership will grant you access to all our group exercise classes, as well as our specific health referral classes. You will be appointed on of our instructors who will help you on your journey and assess assess which of our health classes are right for you.
