For beginners, two or three classes weekly can provide a balanced routine without overwhelming the body. For people who are already active, they might aim for four to six classes, incorporating rest days and diversifying workout types to avoid overtraining and ensure muscle recovery.

These classes are gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels. Aqua Aerobics is also a great way to get active and burn a significant amount of calories in a fun and social environment.
