Free weights
The Workshop Gym boasts one of the biggest free weights collection in the area, with dumbbells ranging from 1 - 70kg. With fixed, flat and adjustable benches available, you are able to perform a full range of lifts.
Olympic bars
5 Olympic bars which can be used with the squat rack, flat bench or for those Olympic lifts.
Paramount Plate Loaded Machines
Our range of Paramount Plate Loaded Machines, including leg press, makes isolating muscles a whole lot easier. Suitable for drop sets, super sets and pyramid sets, with plates ranging from 1.25 - 25 kg in weight.
Resistance machines
Our Resistance machines are perfect for targeting specific muscle groups, the fixed range of movement makes them ideal for improving form whilst gradually increasing weight. The nature of the machines means they are ideal for those new to strength building or rehabilitating from injury.
Cardiovascular
For those users who like to mix CV into their workout our cardio machines include Concept Rowers, Startrac Treadmills, Precor Cross-trainers and an Aerobike. Ideal for fat burning and interval training.
