For the swimmers and those who like to complete a few lengths as part of their fitness regime, the Lido has numerous exclusive lane swim sessions throughout the summer season. These sessions take place either in the mornings or in the evenings every day of the week. During the summer the pool is heated to 24c.
Lane swimming sessions will be available in the morning, evening and throughout the day during general swim sessions. The number of lanes available during the general swim sessions will vary day to day and be dependent on weather and demand.
- Under 16s are permitted for lane swimming only when accompanied by an adult.
- We do not allow groups of under 16s at these sessions.
- Wetsuits are permitted during these sessions only.

Yes, in the summer months the pool is heated to a minimum of 24c.
We advise that you pre book to avoid disappointment, but its not essential. Members and active cardholders can book online 14 days in advance. Guests / non members can book online 7 days in advance.
Season ticket holders do not need to pre-book
The new changing rooms are fully open and include:
- Male, Female, Disabled and Family changing cubicles
- Toilets and showers
- Ambulant disabled facilities
- Lockers
Yes our lockers require 20p to operate which is non-returnable.
Swimmers unable to swim 50 meters in a strong recognisable stroke must remain within their depth at all times
You are required to provide verification with valid ID (including students, registered disability and carers) at main reception when purchasing a ticket.
Yes, but strictly no glass, alcohol or sharps is permitted within Guildford Lido grounds.
