Guildford Lido is the home of Guildford’s first sports & conditioning gym - 'The Workshop Gym'. Fully equipped with 22 dedicated workstations and dumbbells up to 70kg, it caters for both the fitness fanatic and competitive sports person when peak fitness is a way of life and a must to succeed.
Memberships for the workshop gym include use of the Lido Pool* during the summer season and off season swimming during the winter.

All members receive an active card which allows the accumulation of 'metre points' which can be redeemed for free visits at Guildford Lido/Workshop Gym, Guildford Spectrum and Ash Manor Sports Centre
