Opening Hours
Our café is open 8:00am - 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday 8:30am - 5:00pm Be sure to pop in before or after your workout!
Hot and cold drinks
Our café has a large selection of coffees for you to enjoy including Cappuccino, Latte, Americano and Espresso. We also have a number of flavoured teas, including the traditional English brew! If you would rather a cold drink we have wide selection available.
Snack Range
We also serve an extensive array of cakes, muffins and flapjacks to complement the wide selection of hot drinks and cold drinks!
Large seating area
Our Freedom Café is located in our reception area with plenty of seating for you to relax with friends after a group exercise class or to enjoy a quiet half hour after a great swim! Our café also has high chairs available.
