We’ve got a packed programme of classes from Zumba to Yoga, Aqua Aerobics to BODY Pump. Join as a member and you can access all our classes anytime.
A low impact aerobics class in our outstanding pools! You’ll be guided through a series of aerobic style exercises by our awesome instructors. Expect to use resistance gloves, noodles and foam dumbbells for an effective full body workout.
Yoga & Pilates
Improve your stability, balance, coordination and strengthen your entire body and core. You’ll perform specialised core activating movements under the guidance of our fantastic instructors

Yes, from age 14yrs upwards, you use the gym anytime. Our Gym is open from 6.30am - 9.30pm weekdays and 8am - 4pm on weekends.

To use our gym unsupervised you will need to be aged 14 and above. For people aged 10 - 14 we run energetix sessions which are supervised by our experienced gym team.
